If you have already backed theTraveller RPG Starship MiniaturesKickstarter or have decided to give this one a miss, we are sorry for the spam, but as we made a bit of a boo-boo in timing by having the campaign end on a Monday, many have said they missed the final 48 hours reminder email from Kickstarter which arrived Saturday evening.

We unlocked 18 stretch goals, netting a total of 25 official Traveller starship miniatures (in two scales, so 50 in all) for both FDM and SLA 3D Printing. Late pledging will open immediately and be available until at least all deliverables are made (eta end of February).

Again, any old 2nd Dynasty starships that you own will be getting revamped 1:270 and tactical scale miniatures added for free to your existing pledges.

Official Traveller Starship Miniatures coming November 2nd!

We are announcing that on this coming Tuesday, the 2nd of November, our collaboration with Far Future Enterprises continues to bring you official Traveller universe starships in 1:270 and tactical scales.

While we have focused on epic starships detailed inside and out at glorious 28mm (1:59) scale, we realise that these are massive projects that might seem daunting for 3D printing beginners. The starships are awesome, but require a lot of dedication to get tabletop ready.

By offering a series of ship miniatures, both at 1:270 scale (popularised by the X-Wing tabletop game) and tactical scale (sized to fit on a 1" hex), we can present ships which each take less than a day to print (sometimes just hours) and can be used for visualising ship to ship combat for any sortie you can imagine – a great first-time project for newcomers to the 3D printing world!

Although officially licensed from the Traveller Role Playing Game universe, the vast majority of ship designs are right at home alongside vessels from other universes, from galaxies far, far away, to the known worlds of the Starfinder society.

Our epic 28mm scale Type S Scout/Courier is coming to Kickstarter for the first time. For those who missed it, here is a great opportunity to pick up the Type S, AND its stretch goals.

For those who did pledge for the 28mm Type S on My Mini Factory Crowdfunding, we have a new variant coming up, the Type J Seeker edition, in standalone and upgrade versions. This allows us to resurrect a planned stretch goal for the Type S and implement it.

As a part of this production, we are adding an updated miniatures of the Shuttle Alpha, Scout Ship Beta, and Transport Delta to your existing Starship III pledge for free! 

What do you need to do to claim this? Absolutely nothing! It will be added to a stretch goal update in a future update (some time after the conclusion of the campaign, as the miniatures become ready).

We hope to see you returning to support us. Without fans like you, we would not be able to bring so many awesome designs to market.

Final Days for Starship V

Hi guys! Just wanted to remind you guys that we are in our final days of Starship V. 

We've offered a ton of new ship and crew miniatures to the mix.

At the moment we have over 30 crew miniatures on their way for ~$14, suitable for use in our older ships as well. We also have some new Chimera ship variants, and a revisit to our very popular modular starfighters, here are some of the variants possible below:

If you haven't had a chance to check out the campaign yet, I'd encourage you to do so. No pressure to get anything now, the pledge manager access is ~$1 and will let you slowly upgrade a pledge over the next six months if COVID is limiting your pledging ability.
